Collection Two | Barrie, Ontario
Collection One | Paris, Nice, and Venice has now closed.
Collection Two | Barrie, Ontario launches March 15th and will be available until June 15th. This Collection is a series of photographic prints of my hometown Barrie, Ontario. The exploration of my own city over the years has opened my eyes to finding beauty where you least expect it. Whether in a parking garage or transit tunnel, colour, texture, light, and movement can always be found. Of course, the lake is a big part of why I love my city. At the lake, we remember ourselves.
I am donating $15 of each purchased print to New Path Foundation. I have donated portrait packages to the New Path Foundation Annual Fundraising Gala for several years. With COVID 19, many charities have not been able to fundraise as they have in the past.
New Path provides essential, life-saving child and youth mental health programs for children, youth, and their families across Simcoe County.
“1 in 5 Canadian children and youth under the age of 10 has a diagnosable mental health concern.” – www.newpathfoundation.org
Personal Note:
Children and youth are the forgotten voices of the pandemic. The pandemic has had a devastating impact on the mental health of many children and youth, not only in our community but across the world.
Now more than ever, we need to support the young people in our community, and I can’t think of a better way than to help fundraise for New Path Foundation so that we can help the 1 in 5 children or youth struggling with mental health during this time.
Please subscribe to my email list to view Collection Two.
Thank you.
Jennifer Klementti.
